The 41st-edition opening led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, with Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, Water Resources Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Bihar State Disaster Management Authority Vice-Chairman Udaykant Mishra and Convenor Amit Jha.
The ceremony included lamp-lighting, a formal welcome, a book presentation, a tour of publisher stalls and the inauguration of a government exhibition stall.
